Returns Policy and Procedures

Please read the following returns policy carefully.

All products sold on our website are considered final and “As-Is”, without warranty or guarantee, unless otherwise specified. For safety reasons, we are unable to accept any package returned to Herbal Tides. Do not under any circumstance return your package, as it will not be accepted.

For Out of Stock

If you have purchased a product that is out of stock, or becomes out of stock, you are eligible for a full refund.

For E Liquids

All sales are considered final for all eliquids sold on herbaltides.com.au, no returns or exchanges. If you need help in making your e liquid selection, please email us at support@herbaltides.com.au

For Apparel

Apparel purchased online is not eligible for return or exchange for sanitary purposes. If you have questions regarding the size or fit of our apparel, please email us at support@herbaltides.com.au

For Faulty Goods
  
If the product you have ordered is believed to be faulty, you have 48 hours from receipt to contact us at support@herbaltides.com.au, providing your order confirmation number and proof of faulty goods (i.e. photographs, videos), along with a detailed explanation of the situation in order to be considered for possible refund or replacement. Your shipment tracking number will be used to verify the time and day your package was delivered, at which time the 48 hour window to contact us regarding a potential product issue would begin.

Exceptions:

If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement of goods.

We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

 

Refund consideration for exceptional circumstances are issued at the sole discretion of Herbaltides.com.au. If you feel your product was received in faulty condition, it is your responsibility to notify Herbal Tides at support@herbaltides.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the presumed faulty product.

For Non-Faulty Goods

If you have had a change of heart after your order has been shipped, we are unable to offer return or exchange.

If the product is damaged from user error or misuse, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
